Tasting Australia

Tasting Australia Tasting Australia presented by Journey Beyond returns from 30 April to 9 May 2027. Ten days of great food, good drinks and even better company.

Tasting Australia presented by Journey Beyond is a celebration of eating and drinking. It's a showcase of all things South Australian: our people, our produce and our place. Each autumn we invite audiences to step beyond a standard food festival and discover deliciously different experiences that feed their curiosity. Indulgent lunches with friends, boutique beverages served fireside in Town Square and menus created by world-class chefs are just a taste. Tasting Australia presented by Journey Beyond inspires visitors, chefs, producers, media and buyers to experience the best of our state – and ensures local audiences are always at the party too.
