Picnic in the Park is hungry! 🍜☕

Expressions of interest for food vendors are now open!

Join thousands of people at Whitmore Square / Iparrityi on Sunday 22 November for a full day of food, music, art, and community. Whether you're slinging burgers, pouring coffee, serving sweet treats, or crafting the perfect tacos and we want you there.

This is your chance to get your food in front of a big, hungry, enthusiastic crowd and be part of something truly special.

We're still so proud of our Board Member Charlotte Coulthard-Dare! If you know someone who should be nominated for the 2026 NAIDOC SA Awards, then now is the time!

As part of recognising and celebrating our past award winners, we are proud to highlight Charlotte Coulthard-Dare, the inaugural recipient of the NAIDOC SA LGBTQIA+ Person of the Year Award in 2019.

A proud Adnyamathanha, Barngarla and Yankunytjatjara woman, Charlotte is a respected advocate, broadcaster and community leader who has worked tirelessly to promote inclusion, visibility and equality for LGBTQIA+ Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. Today, she continues to make a significant contribution to the community as Chairperson of the NAIDOC SA Committee.

Reflecting on receiving the award, Charlotte shared:

"I want to say that winning all those many years ago was a complete shock... and honestly it is still a complete shock, as I pinch myself every day being a NAIDOC SA Award winner. I personally want to acknowledge and thank Phoenix and his late husband for making this award possible."

We had the honour of attending the Pride Gala on Saturday night, and we came home with some exciting news…

Feast Festival won the Chair’s Commendation Award ✨

On top of that, Penny, our Board Chair, took home Volunteer of the Year, and the Feast Q***r Youth Drop-In won Community Group of the Year! We're so proud of everyone who has poured their heart into making the Feast Q***r Youth Drop In what it is today, and of Penny for the countless ways she shows up for this community.

We are so proud of everyone involved, every nominee, and the incredible people who brought the night together.

Thank you to Pride Adelaide for a beautiful celebration of our community! 🌈
