Thank you for 18 years of Adelaide Guitar Festival (AGF).

We would like to acknowledge the significant work and passion of the many people behind the festival, including Slava Grigoryan for his outstanding leadership as Artistic Director since 2010, Sarah Bleby who has served twice as Executive Producer, the festival’s founder - former Adelaide Festival Centre CEO & Artistic Director Douglas Gautier AM, David Minear and the festival’s first Artistic Adviser and International Program Consultant David Spelman.

We thank the hundreds of incredible artists and ensembles who have performed over the years, with too many performance highlights to name. Thank you to our audiences and to participants of AGF’s outreach programs such as On the Road, Guitar Winter School, Resonance and Guitars in Bars. We express gratitude to Jim Redgate, Dr Paul Svoboda, former AGF Executive Producers Christine Schloithe and Andrew Dundon, and all the teams who have supported the delivery of the festival since its inception. We acknowledge the significance of the Adelaide International Classical Guitar Competition and its twelve past winners and many finalists.
