If you own a US trade mark registration, did you know that you’ll need to periodically file proof that you’re still using the mark in the US?

If you don’t, your registration will be cancelled.

There is no such requirement in Australia, where you can renew your trade mark registration simply by paying the relevant renewal fees.

We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic Experienced and Registered Patent Attorney to join our Engineering team at Madderns, preferably at the Associate or Senior Associate level and with at least 6 to 10 years’ experience as a registered attorney.
To be considered for this role, you must have a bachelor’s degree or higher qualification in engineering, specialising in mechanical, mechatronics, aerospace, advanced manufacturing, robotics, renewable energy technology or petroleum. Plus you must be currently registered as a Patent Attorney in Australia and New Zealand.
