THIS SUNDAY AT STINGO BLUES - CHRIS 'STIBBO' HANGER
By day, he’s your edgy design thinking guy. But when the sun goes down... STIBBO turns into the soul-shakin’, harp-blowin’, mic-grindin’ bluesman with the Jump Cats — and when that voice hits the room, you know it’s on.
Stibbo made his mark at Melbourne blues jams, turning heads and dropping jaws from the get-go. A natural on the mic, deadly on the harp, and cooler than a bar fridge — the man’s got the goods.
Now he’s frontin’ the Jump Cats around town each week, but this Sunday, we’ve got him right here at STINGO BLUES.
House band hits around 5-ish, jammers after that, then Stibbo and Harpo hit the stage around 7.
He reckons he’s only been singing “a little while” — yeah, nah. Come hear for yourself. You’ll dance, you’ll cheer, you’ll spill your drink.
