Some photographers look for the moment. Others let the moment find them.

Jolly has been with us for years now, moving through LIGHTHOUSE with a camera that feels less like a distance and more like a way of being inside the crowd.

Her perspective is close to people. To movement. To bodies passing through sunlight, dancefloors, water, shadows and small scenes that happen somewhere between the obvious moments. She lets herself drift through the festival and follows what appears in front of her.

Wide angles, soft distortion, direct encounters and quiet observations give her images a slightly surreal physicality. Nothing feels too staged. Nothing feels too far away. The frame bends around people, around gestures, around the strange little energy that only exists when a place starts moving on its own.

Some perspectives don’t try to explain everything. They just stay close enough to notice.

Josha has been shaping the visual memory of LIGHTHOUSE for years now, bringing his own analogue way of looking at the festival. Direct, instinctive, detailed and slightly off-centre.

His images move through flash, grain, bodies, objects, gestures and the strange little fragments around the main event. A detail on the floor. A half-seen face. A piece of light. A moment that feels more like a trace than a statement.

There is a certain honesty in the way he photographs. Not overproduced, not trying too hard, never too clean. More interested in atmosphere than perfection. More interested in what remains than what was supposed to be seen.

We don’t book photographers. We invite perspectives.

For us, photography is not only about documenting what happened. It is about how it was seen. The angle, the instinct, the timing, the colours, the distance, the closeness. The personal eye behind the camera.

That is why we don’t simply book photographers. We invite artists with their own way of looking at things. People who don’t just capture LIGHTHOUSE, but translate it through their own visual language.

As one of the artists behind our visual documentation, Benedikt Ottmann has been joining us for years and has developed his very own perspective on the festival. Raw, close, colourful, sometimes loud, sometimes quiet. His images move between sweaty dancefloor moments, sharp flashes, deep shadows, soft sunsets and those strange little details that often say more than the obvious ones ever could.

This is not just another gallery.

LIGHTHOUSE 2026 _ THANK YOU

Wlhf26 still trying to fully understand what happened over the last week. Before anything else, we simply want to say: we are grateful.

Grateful for everyone who travelled with us, danced with us, stayed with us, trusted us and became part of this very particular idea we keep building year after year.

For 13 years now, LIGHTHOUSE has never been about acting like every other festival. It has always been about finding our own way. A way shaped by community, togetherness and the idea of electronic music on vacation.

This year, more than 110 artists joined us in Croatia, and every single one of them added something to the story. From long sets to unexpected moments, from quiet details to full-energy dancefloors. We appreciate every contribution.

A huge shoutout goes to our entire crew. The people behind the scenes, the people on site, the people solving things before anyone even sees them. Countless hours, endless details, early mornings, late nights. Without this team, LIGHTHOUSE would simply not be possible.

A special mention also goes to our art team around Lichterloh, whose visuals, light work and installations gave the festival grounds their own atmosphere and turned familiar places into something new again.

With Croatia, our festival season 2026 has officially come to an end. From winter in Bad Gastein, to our cooperation in Zanzibar together with BUTIK and Why Not Club, all the way to the Croatian sea, we once again tried to live what LIGHTHOUSE means to us:

LIGHTHOUSE _ FOOD & DRINKS GUIDE

When it comes to drinks, we’re rewriting the rulebook! Stay hydrated (the tap water in all apartments is perfectly drinkable), bring your own beverages, or stock up at our LHF Mini Supermarket (Zodiak) with wallet-friendly prices. Supporting the local community is part of our philosophy, which is why all bars are operated by local partners.

New this year: for the first time, we’re bringing two Austrian favorites to LHF—Vienna’s cult Lemon Sour レモンサワー and the beloved MAKAvA Iced Tea. Infinity Gasteiner Water will be available exclusively at the Pool Party on Thursday.

A. STOLI Bar at the Beachfloor
Our legendary Beachfloor runs from Wednesday night until Monday morning—the ultimate party marathon. To keep the energy high, we’re launching a dedicated STOLI Bar serving exclusive long drinks for your dance-until-dawn adventure.

B. Food Truck Mile
Located above the Beachfloor, our local food truck lineup serves a delicious taste of the Adriatic. Grab freshly brewed Viennese coffee from the JOYA Espressomobil, plus burgers, vegetarian pinsa, truffle fries, bao buns, and bowls from three Croatian food trucks.
