Justin sums it up...

When I tell people that as a CEO I work literally all the time, they often get scared and ask why I wouldn’t choose the safe option.

What many don’t understand is that work doesn’t have to be something you try to minimize. That mindset comes from a society where people choose the wrong careers out of fear of taking responsibility for something non traditional.

I founded a company with my best friend, so even though I work all the time, it rarely feels draining. Yes, there are hard days and it can be exhausting, but more like a good workout where you know you are doing something meaningful.

They laughed at the start. Not because it was funny, but because it was new. Starting small isn’t cute - it’s tough. Doubt creeps in, and quitting’s easy when you’re the only one who sees it. But we pushed through the setbacks, the extra miles, and the hard work that no one notices. Now they think we’re lucky. What they don’t see are the late nights and the risks we took. They laughed because they couldn’t imagine doing it. So we built our dreams, step by step.
