The .toughest.row is called that for a good reason.. it absolutely lives up to its name!

The ocean is a menace; it gives and it takes, it is merciless and unrelenting. There is no escaping, no quitting, no giving up.

Tim, Tom, Rhys and Grant showed up consistently, day in, day out, to complete the World's Toughest Row Atlantic in an incredible time of 38 days, 9 hours and 16 minutes. A top ten finish in the fleet!

Right up to the last few strokes that ocean threw them everything - and the boys gave it their all. It was a hairy arrival coming round the cliffs into the harbour, but what a wonderful welcome they received from friends and family at the dockyard.

They rowed 3000 miles for and . Please show your support and donate!

Thank you for the overwhelming messages... they're taking their time to get through them all while catching up with family and resting their wobbly legs!

So many more words to say, but for now, a heartfelt thank you. Massive thanks to our sponsors for supporting to make the expedition a reality.

Epic photography credit to .toughest.row !

Grant has one final update from the boat.. only a few miles from shore, and the sea still has the power to tip the boat over and snap an oar. It's not over til it's over!

They've spent their rest shifts today making the boat look squeaky clean ready for their arrival πŸ₯³ which is due to be happening in the next hour!

LAND SPOTTED! 18 miles from the island, they got their first glimpse of solid land for thr first time in 38 days. Not that you can really make it out because of the swell, but they are now only 8 miles away and it most certainly looks real now!

They're on for an arrival of 20:45 UTC (GMT) / 16:45 local time. Tune in on YouTube at 8:40pm for the live stream!

THE FINAL COUNTDOWN... 🫣 Give Us A Wave are estimated to finish in only 24 hours time; 6pm local time in Antigua / 10pm GMT.

After crossing the finish line in English Harbour, they will light their flares in an iconic celebration, before rowing their way through the stunning harbour to greet their families and the amazing crew of the .toughest.row on the pontoon at the historic Nelson's Dockyard.

Watch their finish live stream on the WTR YouTube tomorrow night - find the link on stories!

Since you all loved the fishing reels... here's one last one. A disappointing one and a sad end for the fishing tales because they lost the whole line after this!

Possibly a good thing, because the boys are now not distracted by their fishing lines and instead are rowing full steam ahead with the wind and waves towards Antigua! Only ~2 days now until they reach land!

Give Us A Wave are rowing 3,000 miles across the Atlantic Ocean for & . Please donate via the link in bio!

If every one of our followers donated just Β£1 tonight, we could smash their fundraising target before they reach land.. and that would mean the world.
