As a Business Development sales manager, you will use your enthusiastic, assertive personality and proven time management skills to generate high quality leads through our marketing sources. The goal is to convince more interested customers and to complete their deal with the company.
Responsibilities:
1. Identify sales leads, pitch goods or services to new clients, and maintain a good working relationship with new contacts
2. Develop new leads, communicate with customers, understand their needs, and ensure a smooth sales process
3. Maintain effective communication with clients.
4. Handle objections and price negotiation in order to generate sales revenue
5. Manage and convert leads
6. Meet and overachieve the given weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets in terms of revenue as well as leads
7. Manage dozens of calls per day, work with channel partners, generate interest, qualify prospects, and close sales
8. Work with the internal team, marketing staff, and managers to increase sales opportunities and thereby maximize revenue for their organization
9. Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships.
10. Must Complete daily/ monthly targets provided by company.
Required Skills:
Must have exp. in selling digital solutions and technology services in the Indian Market.
Good command of English and Hindi Language
Strong communication skills in written, oral, email, telephone, and presentation.
Being interested in solving business and customer issues through strong lines of communication and presence of mind.
Must Have skills in sending quotation to clients via mail with proper communication methodology.
