DON’T TRY TO BE PERFECT By
☃️ You don’t need to be “perfect” with your nutrition and fitness to achieve the body and health you want
🌝 You don’t need to be “perfect” to start with your fitness routine
🌞 In a matter of fact, doing the wright things majority of your time on a consistent basis will take you longer that trying to be perfect all the time but always failing to stay on track
🤸♀️ Trying to do things 100% perfectly all the time will just lead to long term frustration and disappointment because once you slip - and everyone does, you are going to beat yourself up how big failure you are and maybe completely give up from your goals
🧗♂️ Accepting small slips as a normal part of your journey will help you to embrace the process and stay on track long enough for you to see the the change you want in yourself
🐢 Start slowly, and get out of the “perfect” mindset - it’s what you do on a consistent basis majority of the time that will determine your success on a long run
