Over the last two weekends of May, Four04 had the opportunity to bring together multiple gaming communities under one roof through Rove Gaming Nights at Rove Hotel Deira City Centre.
What started as an idea to create a grassroots platform for players evolved into a celebration of competitive gaming, community, and connection. Across Valorant, Tekken 8, Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, Dota 2, and Mobile Legends: Bang Bang, we welcomed players from different backgrounds, skill levels, and communities, all united by a shared passion for gaming.
As the official lead-up community event to GameExpo 2026, Rove Gaming Nights was designed to create a bridge between grassroots competition and the wider gaming ecosystem in Dubai. More than the matches themselves, it was about creating a space where players could meet, compete, support one another, and experience the energy that makes gaming communities so special.

Most importantly, thank you to every player, spectator, volunteer, and community member who joined us over the two weekends. The success of events like these is a reminder that the future of gaming in the region will continue to be built by the communities that support it.
