Когда ко мне приходят с запросом«послеродовое восстановление» первое что мы делаем это подключаем дыхание. Дышать можно сразу после родов, естественных или кс. А привязывая дыхание к гв это очень удобно, со временем это становится привычкой и как только усаживаешься кормить малыша, мозг уже знает , что это время для расслабления и плюс гормоны этому способствуют.

Я так делала с обоими детьми и получала кучу преимуществ:
- у меня было время отключиться от хаоса и перезагрузится, даже если нет помощи, когда укладываю обоих одновременно, я всегда практикую дыхание.
- помогает расслабить диафрагму и подтягивать живот, то есть физическое восстановление.
- дыхание положительно влияет на психологическое здоровье после родов.
-дети тоже чувствуют ритм дыхания мамы и успокаиваются.

Маленький ритуал , а множество плюсов.

The most important task of every mom
is her own inner resources.

When she feels: “I’m tired. There’s someone who can stay with the baby, and I need to go rest, sleep.”
And if guilt shows up, to remind herself: “I’m doing this for my children — they need a happy mom, not an angry one.”

You can endlessly wait for your husband to notice that you’re tired and offer help
(most likely he won’t — I waited for 3 years and he didn’t).

You can fall into the victim role:
“I do everything for them. When they grow up, then I’ll start living / get a massage / start a business…
But for now, we need to go to the park — kids need fresh air.”

You can live in constant anxiety:
“What if the nanny / dad / grandma doesn’t watch properly and something happens, and I’m not there?”

And in the end, you get a woman
who is in a long-term postpartum depression,
constantly irritated, sometimes aggressive, rarely smiling, and doesn’t even look in the mirror anymore…

She manages to play all the developmental games,
work on speech, gross and fine motor skills,
go to the park, the pool, football, cook meals…

But she doesn’t have time to exhale.
She is constantly exhausted
and feels like she’s in a prison —
a prison she built herself.

Do you know who I just described?
Myself 😶

Today our sweet baby Lilia is 9 months old 🌸

The girl who brings us joy and happiness.
The girl that smiles every morning and every time she sees her daddy.
The girl who already knows what she wants and announces it very loud 😁
The girl who is so beautiful inside and out.

For mothers like myself who you are tired, focused on taking care about everyone around that’s a TIME to remember “when you are taking care of yourself- you are taking care about your whole family”.

I invite you to the space where is no judgement, no advices, no right or wrong. The space where you can be heard, nourished.
You don’t have to be perfect, strong, flexible, being in good shape. Wearing your pajama and being present is enough.

Get ready to breathe, stretch, and connect with your little one at our mama & baby yoga session this Saturday at 8:30 am! 🧘🏻‍♀️

This video from my archives when my son was 7 months ( 2,5 years now).

Mama & baby yoga is something special it is about baby from time to time but mostly about new mama and inner peace she can rarely find when the baby is here ( and the baby is here all the time😂)
So what I am trying to say is being able to raise a child and still remember who you are and what do you really feel right is an art. Every mother finds her own way and I am here to show you this way through yoga.🧘🏻‍♀️

Я четыре месяца как мама двоих. И мои выводы к этому часу.

Чтобы все успевать нужно планировать КАЖДЫЙ ЧАС КАЖДЫЙ ДЕНЬ.🤯

Попить чай тоже надо планировать.

Свою йога практику планировать еще сложнее.

Плюс на фоне всегда маленький ребенок, которого надо кормить грудью и укладывать спать .

Я еще никогда в жизни не была настолько многозадачна 😶‍🌫️

Усталость просто уже фон

Минута в тишине это роскош. Когда я просто еду одна в такси - это подарок судьбы.

Уход за собой, поход к доктору или зубному надо планировать тоже, иначе можно вообще развалиться, потому как это можно бесконечно откладывать. На года три в моем случае.

Написала этот пост месяц назад если что 😂 но все еще актуально
