إن اتساع دور المرأة في مختلف القطاعات لا يغيّر بيئة العمل فحسب، بل يسهم في توسيع الآفاق، ورفع سقف الطموحات، ودعم مسيرة التنمية في المجتمع.
وضمن احتفالات مجموعة NMDC بيوم المرأة الإماراتية على مدار شهر، عقدت المجموعة جلسة حوارية مع سعادة الدكتورة هدى المطروشي تناولت تنامي حضور المرأة في مختلف القطاعات، وأثر ذلك في دعم التنمية، وتوسيع الفرص، وإلهام الأجيال القادمة.
ويعكس هذا التقدم أيضاً أهمية التوازن الأسري، الذي يمثل محوراً رئيسياً لشعار عام الأسرة في دولة الإمارات، انطلاقاً من أن دعم تطور المرأة ومشاركتها يرتبط ارتباطاً وثيقاً ببناء أسر قوية ومتوازنة.
فمع تولّي المرأة أدواراً جديدة، وقيادتها في مجالات متنوعة، وإسهامها بخبراتها، تتسع أمام الأجيال القادمة مساحة ما يمكنهم تحقيقه.
The expanding role of women across industries is changing more than the workplace. It is expanding perspectives, raising aspirations, and contributing to the development of society.
As part of our one-month celebration of Emirati Women’s Day, NMDC Group held a session with H.E. Dr. Huda Al Matroushi to explore the growing presence of women across diverse industries and the impact this has on development, opportunity, and the generations that follow.
This progress also reflects the importance of family balance, a key focus of the UAE’s Year of the Family theme, recognizing that supporting women’s growth and participation goes hand in hand with strong and balanced families.
When women take on new roles, lead in different fields, and contribute their expertise, they help broaden what future generations see as possible.
