عادت "بطولات القهوة العربية" في دورتها الخامسة، في مهرجان الحصن لهذا العام، إذ شهدت استعراض مهارات الاستثنائية لصناع القهوة المدرجة على قائمة اليونسكو للتراث الثقافي غير المادي للبشرية منذ عام 2015.
وقد حضر سعادة سعود عبدالعزيز الحوسني، وكيل الدائرة، الحفل الذي كرم الفائزين في فئات بما في ذلك بطولة صانع القهوة العربية، وجائزة تحميص القهوة العربية من الفئة المتوسطة/الداكنة، مؤكدين التزامنا بالحفاظ على التراث الثقافي والتقاليد الغنية للإمارة وتعزيزها.
The Gahwa Championships returned for its fifth edition at this year’s Al Hosn Festival, awarding exceptional skills in the etiquette and preparation of Gahwa (Arabic coffee), a cherished heritage practice inscribed on the UNESCO List of Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity in 2015.
Our Undersecretary, H.E. Saood Abdulaziz Al Hosani attended the ceremony, which awarded the winners of categories including Sane’ Al Gahwa Championship and Gahwa Roaster Award from medium/dark category - reaffirming our commitment to preserving and promoting the emirate's rich cultural heritage and traditions.
