I love catering because, for me, it is more than just preparing and serving food. It is about creating experiences, bringing people together and becoming part of their most precious moments.

I love the satisfaction of seeing a beautifully set-up event, food served on time, happy guests and a client who feels they made the right choice. There is something fulfilling about turning raw ingredients into meals that bring joy to people.

As a Food Scientist who ventured into catering out of passion, I enjoy combining my knowledge of food with creativity, planning and the art of hospitality.

Catering has taught me resilience, discipline, patience and the value of teamwork. It has challenged me, stretched me and given me opportunities to grow beyond what I imagined.

Yes, catering can be physically demanding and exhausting, but the joy of seeing everything come together makes it worthwhile.
