Rodgers Mwila is a Heavy Equipment Engineering student and the current NORTEC Student Union President.

Passionate about student welfare and academic excellence, he believes in servant leadership built on listening, teamwork, equality and dialogue.

His focus is on addressing student concerns such as accommodation, academic performance, infrastructure development, security and fair representation, while promoting unity and opportunities for all students.
