The Swartland Olive Festival returns to Riebeek Kasteel Town Square on 25–27 September 2026. This popular foodie festival will prove to be the best yet.

Three days of olive oil, wine tastings, local food, live music, artisanal markets and good times in the heart of the Swartland 🫒 Please note this festival has been postponed…Timing of next Riebeek Valley Olive Festival to be confirmed. The much loved Riebeek Valley Olive Festival takes place in the Riebeek valley on the first weekend of May to celebrate the end of their olive harvest. With educational talks, masterclasses with winemakers and olive producers, long tables, walk in the olive groves and vineyards, and lots more, there's something for everyone. Enjoy Swartland hospitality at its best and savour the local award-winning olives and oils, wine, craft beer, and all the valley has to offer. Visit each of the following venues as they all add their own special and unique touch to the festival: Kloovenburg Wine and Olive Estate, Olive Boutique and Riebeek Valley Wine Co..

Kloovenburg Family Estate are bringing their flavours to the Swartland Olive Festival🫒🍷 We’re excited to have Kloovenburg Family Estate joining us with a delicious mix of their w**es and olive products. Their range goes well beyond the usual, with extra virgin olive oil, cured olives, tapenade, jams, spices and flavoured dipping oils.

From black olives in blackberry dressing and smoked olives to chilli & garlic olives, there’s a wonderful variety of flavours to explore, with their w**es adding another reason to raise a glass and enjoy the weekend😉🍷

The Swartland Olive Festival kicks off in true Riebeek Kasteel style, with Plein Street coming alive for the Friday Night Street Party🕺🪩

Sunday at the Swartland Olive Festival?
