Tambo District Municipality's Cultural Creative Industries Federation of South Africa (CCIFSA) member leading the Audio Visual and Interactive Media sector, on a mission to assist in Regulating the Eastern Cape Film Industry by advocating for the establishment of the EASTERN CAPE FILM COMMISSION.

Tasked by various Film Sector Stakeholders, Luzuko Dilima presented the collective provincial request of Regulation and establishment of the Eastern Cape Film Commission case to DSAC Minister Z**i Kodwa at the Eastern Cape 2023 Ministerial Imbizo held at Miriam Makeba Centre of Perfoming Arts in East London on 13 October 2023.
