Unique music competition designed for solo artists, bands, groups, and singers in the following generics; Modern Music, Traditional Music, and Gospel Music. The g
oal of this Music competition is to find an outstanding, talented performer: a band, singer, or solo artist – the “gem” that needs to be discovered.
2. Dance – Sandisiwe Xheke (e: [email protected] c: 0736833599)
The competition is only in two main subcategories; Modern Dance and Traditional Dance. The dance competition will allow dancers groups to show and compare their skills with other dancers at a similar level on the subcategories mentioned above.
3. Drama – Anga (Bonez)Bonongo (e: [email protected] c: 0736981873)
The Drama Competition serves as a platform for Groups, and individual’s actors to promote and demonstrate creative ideas in their work. It is hoped that Drama themed competition can instill values and teach youth to be more sensitive and raise awareness to tensions faced in our societies. The Category is sub divided to; Theatre, Poetry and Comedy.
4. Battle of the DJ – Sibusiso Hermans (e: [email protected] c: 0732113979)
DJ competition is a unique opportunity to showcase DJ’s talents. House Music in South Africa is growing fast owing to the advancing technology. The competition will challenge the DJs go beyond their comfort zone, work on different music generic.
5. Kayamandi Beauty Pageant – The team;

– Nomvuyiseko (Nono) Mtiya (e: [email protected] ) – Heading Miss Kayamandi
The main aim for hosting Mr. and Miss Kayamandi is to help promote a “positive image” to Kayamandi youth and create role models amongst the youth. and Miss Kayamandi project will help to promote education, and involve the youth in building a better future for them, by partaking on community social projects
6. KACF Cup - Silulami (Slu) Mbokwana (e: [email protected] c: 0820872432)
Sports are more than just fun and games in South Africa. Even though South Africans remain largely divided along ethnic lines, social and economical equality, when it comes to sport we all put asides our differences and cheer the beautiful sportsmanship. We wish to use sport to achieve the same results in Kayamandi. Create source of hope through sport. The challenge currently has two sport codes; Soccer and Netball.
