Good Morning Everyone.
I have received a few enquiries as to how this "system" works. It's really very simple. Use this page to try and find a fitness partner. Post here (1) the time you like to exercise (2) whether you like to run or walk (3) how far you like to go (4) and perhaps include your fitness level - ie beginner, intermediate or advanced.
The idea is to look for a community member with similar goals to join you as it's always more fun to have someone to chat to while you exercise, and of course, there is always safety in numbers.
