8-10 March 2024 and this time we're igniting the vibrant rhythm of Rio at Bacardi Holiday Club: Copacabana Edition! 🌴🍹 Immerse yourself in the spirit of Brazil's most famous beach destination. Be transported to the heart of Copacabana's vibrant atmosphere with its sun-soaked shores, pulsating beats, and electrifying energy. Let the tropical vibes take over

as you sip on Bacardi's finest cocktails, tantalizing your taste buds with the flavors that define beachside bliss. 🍹🌴

Get out of the city and join us, for the all-inclusive festival of your dreams. Leave your wallet and your cares behind because everything is ON THE HOUSE - all food, all drinks, all entertainment, and all good times are included in your ticket price. Whether you're jamming at the iconic pool stage, sipping delicious Bacardi cocktails on a lounger, or getting down in the forest until the early morning there’s something for everyone. Bring along your own tent and set-up at no additional cost OR live the good life by purchasing one of our fully set-up tent options. This festival is HUGE but we always keep it intimate with tickets limited to only 1500 lucky people. ID will be required for entrance.

Do’s and Don’ts

1. No under 18’s are allowed, ID is essential for entrance.
2. You can bring your ticket printed out or on your phone.
3. Please come prepared this is a 3 day music festival. Be ready for rain or shine. Pack warm clothes, a jacket, tracksuit, a hat, sunscreen.
4. Stay fresh all weekend long, don’t forget your toiletries. Toothpaste, soap, wet wipes, a towel. We will have showers on site.
5. You can bring your own food, drinks and even alcohol BUT NO GLASS AT ALL.
6. A camping spot is included in your ticket, don’t forget your tent, sleeping bag, pillow OR if you’ve purchased one of our tents just bring your tent ticket and you are sorted!
7. The camping ground opens at 2pm Friday.
8. The festival ground opens at 5pm Friday.
9. Drink responsibly, drinks are free all weekend long there is no rush!
10. Carpool or uber to the venue. Designate a responsible driver on Sunday, do not drink and drive! Watch out for potholes!
11. You will receive 12 meal vouchers on your wristband, if you need more you can top up for free.
12. No sheeshas, no braais, no fire of any kind.
13. In the camp areas please be mindful of the other campers that want to sleep. Keep the party in our festival grounds not the campsite.
14. Have fun, share your snaps and tag us!
15. Look after each other!

THE ULTIMATE ALL-INCLUSIVE FESTIVAL, BACARDI HOLIDAY CLUB, IS BACK FROM 6-8 MARCH 2020!

DO'S AND DON'TS

1. Make sure you've got your holiday club festival ticket! There will be no tickets for sale at the venue. A camping ticket is not a festival ticket and does not grant entry. You can bring your ticket printed out or on your phone! 2. Please carpool and do not drink and drive. The party starts when you get here! 3. Get here easily, simply search Bacardi holiday Club in Google Maps. 4. Do not play yourself! Only verified tickets will gain access into the event. If you have not bought a ticket through Howler or if you have bought a ticket from a third party please verify your ticket by e-mailing [email protected] before leaving for the venue. 5. No glass is allowed into the venue. 6. No fires, fireworks or hubbly's are allowed into the venue. 7. Do not get scammed! Do not pay for tickets via ewallet. Do not send any money without all tickets. Tickets can be verified by e-mailing [email protected]. 8. Please look after your belongings and bring your own lock for your tent. 9. Cocktails and drinks are free all weekend long. Do not peak to soon! You’ve got three days, enjoy yourself. 10. No violence or hate speech of any kind will be tolerated. Bacardi Holiday Club is a safe space! If you feel unsafe at any time please let security know. 11. This is not your house, we’re all on holiday together! Be respectful to all attendees. 12.
