Hey everyone! As we prepare for an amazing day out in our Shades of N**e & White, we have a crucial update regarding venue access. Please see the attached notice in image.png to ensure you're heading to the right gate!

Here's what you need to know:

🛑 Cawood Street Entrance:
This gate is strictly closed to the public and is exclusively for emergency vehicles, delivery vehicles, and authorized event staff. Please do not attempt to enter here!

🚶‍♂️ New Main Public Entrance:
All event-goers must use the Pedestrian Only Entrance on Carlisle Street (located on the Oatlands side of the field).

We want to ensure a smooth, quick, and safe entry for everyone so the vibes can start the moment you arrive. Help us spread the word by tagging your picnic crew in the comments below!

Hey everyone! To ensure a smooth arrival for the picnic on October 4th, 2026, please check out these quick parking and entrance guidelines:

🅿️ PARKING INFO
Where: Douglas Lane / Luke Street (opposite Oatlands Sports Field).
Security: Secure and heavily guarded road parking is available.
Price: R100 per vehicle (Cash or card accepted at the entrance).

🗺️ DRIVING DIRECTIONS
1. Turn down Carlisle Street from Knight Street.
2. Turn left into Douglas Lane (opposite the event main entrance).
3. Marshals will be on-site to help you find a parking spot.

⚠️ Please Note: Do NOT park in front of residents' gates. Let's respect the neighborhood!
