Day 3 - Total Hip replacement.

Physio going slow. Got to activate the dormant muscles after walking with a crutch for more than a year.

This afternoon I will be moved to a stepdown facility to assist with the physio and recovery process.

To all our wonderful Rosie's Rusks customers ❤️

I would like to let you know that I will be going in for a hip replacement surgery tomorrow and will need some time over the next 6 weeks while I recover.

The good news is that we will still be fully operational, and my amazing team is ready to assist with all your orders! 🚚✨

During this time, all deliveries will be done via courier at a flat rate of only R60 for up to 8 packs.

I would truly appreciate your continued support during this season of recovery. Your orders, messages, and encouragement mean more than you know, and I’m so grateful for each and every customer who supports our small business. ❤️
