Inside The Cage, it’s just you, the ball, and the truth.
No subs. No second chances.

Here’s how the 1v1 battles go down:

• Half-court. One rim.
• Two halves- 3 minutes each with a 2-minute break.
• Drop-ball sprint start to open each half (ref slams it centre court).
• Scoring: 1 point inside the arc | 2 points outside | 3 points for the highlight play.
• No timeouts.
• 12-second shot clock. Continuous play. Unlimited dribbles.
• Clear past the 3-point line before attacking.
• Tied game? Golden basket decides it all.

Only one rule really matters- survive The Cage.
