Descending ladder for time. 30, 20 and 10 of Toes to Bar and Single Arm Kettlebell Overhead Lunges. You have 10 minutes on the clock and a lane to march down rep by rep.
This one is going to test your grip, your composure and your ability to keep moving when things get heavy. Every 10 lunges you advance. Every transition matters. There is nowhere to hide on this one.
