We are proud to announce that we have officially activated our direct expansion into North America. Leveraging our monthly consolidated LCL sea freight and precision ground courier partners, we now ship directly to the USA, Canada, and Mexico straight from our online store.

​Mastering Thermal Momentum
Achieving a consistent, back-to-back 60–90 second cook requires an understanding of thermal recovery:

• ​With the Heat Retention Door: This configuration is designed for peak efficiency during high-volume service. By trapping the ambient heat, you must maintain a rapid "launch-and-pull" rhythm to keep the stone temperature stable.

• ​Thermal Saturation: If the oven is left at maximum output with the door attached during a lull in service, the cooking surface will over-saturate. You’ll need to throttle the 8–16kW burner back to maintain a cookable temperature.
