One thing about me, I know what heals me.
I know who needs to be in my space when I'm vulnerable.

My therapist does house calls and she came where I was staying for a night. I spoke to her non stop, she didn't say much but she gave me an ear. I really felt sorry for her 🤭

One of our own, Phila Uphilise Nabanye last born, she joined us only last year, she gets me, we have a lot in common, amazing character, oh we spoke, she brought me food, she wanted to make sure I am OK.

Thank so much to Pat my massage therapist and Lusanda a friend to my little sis that turned to my little sis too. She always check up on me.
