Nepali Haritalika Teej Nepali teej Teej is very special day for all Nepali Hindus women. we can say “tij parva” in Nepali language. It is a such festival that occurs in three day.

Teej is a such a festival which is celebrated by only women. So, it is women’s festival, celebrated in Nepal and India. Teej festival falls every year in the month of August or early September. According to Nepali calendar it falls in bhadra mahina. Teej festival is three day festival. Tij parba ends on the fifth day of the brightening moon. Nepali women is celebrating tij festival in Nepal for 1

day. Nepali Nari women is taking fast on this day. We celebrate Teejfestival every year in the Nepali month of Bhadhau.
