Self promotion to make a connection with it and engage others with your achievements.
its not bragging, it shows you earned it and you are proud of what you've achieved.

How else will you get great opportunities come your way if you don't put yourself out there?

I use to feel awkward talking about what I've done so I dont come across arrogant. But I've come to realise that in a society where women of colour achievements are gone unrecognised or unappreciated, this is WHY self promotion isn't arrogance. We are credited for very little. We don't see a lot on the headlines of black society earning top scholarship, investments, business and the list goes on..

we start by creating the opportunity for ourselves. There's no humility hiding your accomplishments and gifts. People are looking for talents like you. Reveal yourself more and build that trust for your personal brand. Build the career you want.
