UPDATED INFO!!!!! AS OF 11/17/2017 1208 HRS!!!!!
We are still investigating this case, but unfortunately have not found David yet. Throughout the day Wednesday investigators interviewed and took statements from witnesses who last saw David. We requested the assistance of the Anoka County Sheriff’s Office K9 and their “UAS” (drone with heat trace imaging), and the assistance of MinnSARDA (Minnesota Search and Rescue Dog Association) http://minnsarda.com/ who used a K9 to search the area.
After being unable to find David with these methods, the Ramsey Fire Dept, Ramsey Police Reserves, and Anoka County Sheriff’s Office performed a ground search of the area on foot and using ATV’s. At the same time we requested the MN State Patrol helicopter, which searched the area from the air. North Star Search and Rescue https://www.northstarsar.com/ was out Thursday with K9’s and searched, and will be coming back out again in the future to continue the search.
We are continuing to investigate and search for David; at this point we do not have any evidence that foul play is a factor. Anyone with any information is encouraged to call the Ramsey Police at (763)427-6812. We are requesting area residents check their property and outbuildings for David.
