This October, PIJF welcomes Armenian piano visionary Tigran Hamasyan (Armenia) to the Octagon Theatre for a rare Australian performance of Manifeste.

A genre-defying force blending jazz, progressive rock, electronics and Armenian folk traditions, Hamasyan creates music that feels ancient and futuristic all at once. Thunderous. Spiritual. Completely transportive.

Founded by UNESCO and the United Nations, with the vision of
Herbie Hancock, this global moment highlights jazz’s power to foster peace and

This year’s 15th anniversary concert streams live from the Lyric
Opera of Chicago, featuring an all-star lineup including just announced PIJF 2026 Headliner Dee Dee Bridgewater, and including Jacob Collier, Gregory Porter, Robert Glasper and many more.
