Cape Mile The Sanlam Cape Mile is a mile long swim held at the Grabouw Country Club. The day will include swims of varying distances and fun for the whole family!

The Sanlam Cape Mile, will include a warm up swim for XTERRA which will take place the next weekend. There will be also be a 500m swim and finally the mile. For more information go to www.stillwatersports.com
