Congratulations to Fanetian Stanley, clinching the East Kent Cup in their final game, with a 3-2 win over Deal Tigers.

Game of the day has to go to Catan FC after coming from 2-0 down to draw 2-2 vs the would be champions!

Well done to all teams, see you in Autumn.

RULE CHANGE***

Yellow cards will be the same as regular football yellow cards,

Red cards either from second yellow or straight red will result in that player being sent off for the rest of the game and maybe more depending on the nature, however the team will only be down one less player for 2 minutes or until the other team scores, then a sub may come on to take the place of sent off player.

Very similar to Ice Hockey and Futsal power play.

Also fixtures will be posted later this week, Hereson and Fanetain Stanley will open the tournament.

All teams please bring £30 if not already paid, and arrive for 10.30 for registration.

Provisional date for East Kent Cup Spring 2014 is March 22nd. This will be confirmed first week in January.

One main change is the tournament is being changed to 6 a side.

All previous 4 teams are given a place, if however a team doesn't want to compete the place will be up for grabs. If more than one team wants the place it will go to a play off.

Watch this space.
