We regret to inform you that Every1in Wellness & Abilities Fair, Sept. 30th has been CANCELLED. This decision was not made lightly, and we understand the inconvenience this may cause, especially with the event only a week away.

It was cancelled due to unforeseen logistical challenges beyond our control.

PARKING & ROAD CLOSURES:

You can park across the street from the Baird Center or park in the Hilton Parking Garage. Vendors will be able to pull up to the loading area at Baird Center to unload vehicles before moving to one of the parking spots.

WELLS STREET IS CLOSED.
MAIN ENTRANCE is on W Wisconsin Ave. and North 5th Street.

Here are Walking Directions From the Hilton Parking Garage:

Indoor Access
• Take the elevator to the second floor. Turn right toward the Hilton and follow the hallway to the double doors. Turn right then a quick left. If you reach the Hilton hotel lobby, you’ve gone too far.
• The escalators up to the Baird Center skywalk will be on your right. Take the escalators to the third floor, where you’ll see the doors to the Baird Center skywalk.
• Cross the skywalk and take the escalator or elevator to the 2nd floor.
• Walk past the 200 level rooms. Do NOT take the escalator across from202. Continue to the far end of the hall (past 203) and turn left. Take the first escalator or the elevator to the 1st floor.
• At the bottom of the escalator, turn 180o toward registration. Coming off the elevator, turn left toward registration.

Outdoor Access
• Take the elevator to the first floor.
• Exit the garage. You are now on FifthStreet. Turn left (north).
• Cross Wisconsin Ave and turn right (east).
• Enter Baird Center at the corner of Wisconsin Ave and Vel R. Phillips Ave.
• Go toward your right and walk straight past the escalators.
