It's the final day!!! πŸŽ‰πŸš΄β€β™‚οΈ
Lee is less than Β£30 from doubling his original just giving target... There must be someone able to help him smash that milestone or edge him closer to it?!

Huge thank you to everyone again for supporting Lee & Macmillan - we really do appreciate it.

Lee has just set off on his final leg of the challenge, he's Homeward bound after 2 weeks of pedalling those legs around the UK!

Again, if you're about in the village around midday give him a cheer & a wave if you see him ride by or join us outside the Kings head pub to greet him!

Day 14 - much better day than yesterday thankfully! Another 117 miles covered down through the Cairgorns & Perth to reach Edinburgh πŸ΄σ §σ ’σ ³σ £σ ΄σ ΏπŸš΄β€β™‚οΈπŸ’ͺ the rain held off, bonus of a tailwind and no punctures today πŸŽ‰

Lee is staying with my lovely sister, brother in law & nephew this evening - so nice for him to see some more friendly faces & have some conversation!!

He will be back in English territory tomorrow, heading to Hexham before the last push home Sunday morning.

You may notice this is 1 day later than originally planned which is due to the extremely hot weather conditions in Devon at the beginning of the trip where some re-routing had to be done following this. We are expecting him home around 12pm-1pm Sunday if you are wanting to join us outside the Kings Head Hutton Rudby to see him finish the challenge!

He's almost home!!

It's getting tough now, 13 days in and Lees starting to feel it more... So far he's cycled 1,543.86 miles!!! Just take a moment to absorb that number! Absolutely incredible effort.
Keep going Lee, it's the last push - another couple of days & you'll be home!! πŸŽ‰πŸŽ‰πŸŽ‰

He's also almost hit 2k on his Just Giving page for Macmillan Cancer Support so thank you so much to all who have sponsored so far!

Lee is now in Aviemore & had the bonus of one of his friends coming over to meet him for a good catch up and the finish point! A friendly face after almost 2 weeks of being away 😊

Tomorrow he heads to Edinburgh before crossing back into England at the weekend... He's almost done it 😬😬😬
