💛 GALA DAY WRAP UP 💛

Wow what a day! Mother nature turned on her spring charm and blessed us with an amazing day.

We are currently going through all the results and aim to have them on both Results HQ and on the Facebook like previous years within the week.

But please bear with us if there are delays as we had close to 400 competitors yesterday. And not to mention the amount of records that were broken!!

We will also announce the winner of the Warren Mossman Memorial Shield. It is taking some time as we had over 25 eligible athletes for the shield.
Which is amazing as it shows how many 13+ athletes we had compete yesterday. And at a quick glance the points were extremely tight!

A big thank you to all the officials and parent helpers for your assistance. Without you the carnival wouldn't have been able to run.

A massive thank you to the Nepean Little As committee for all their hard work and effort putting the gala day together.

But, the biggest thank you of all goes out to all the athletes, parents and supporters for turning up and participating in the right spirit. I saw many smiles, friends competing together and many group photos that including members of different clubs.

Just over 30mins till first call and just over an hour until the first event starts.

IMPORTANT NOTICES

Athletics who have selected an above age event may not appear in the program however they do appear on thr recording/result sheets.

Feature events in the program are incorrect.
A post will go up shortly with this year's feature events.

There are no finals. The fastest 3 across all heats will be award medals.

There are no protests.

And most importantly, it is a gala day event for fun and encouragement. Not the Olympics.
