๐ค That's a wrap on our very first OPEN MIC NIGHT โ and WOW, what a night! ๐คโจ
Thank you Sky 9 Rooftop, thank you Coworking with Friends Saigon, and most of all โ thank YOU, our brave, talented, wonderful community! ๐ฅน๐
Here's what made Friday so special:
๐ 10 incredible acts took the stage โ poetry, spoken word, songs, and comedy that had us laughing, tearing up, and cheering all night long!
๐ช Many of our performers stepped on stage for the very first time in their lives. That kind of vulnerability and courage? Absolutely admirable. You showed us what it means to put yourself out there. ๐
๐๏ธ Our CHANCE Charity Shop pop-up featured handmade items crafted by disabled kids โ and you didn't just browse. You bought them as gifts AND as votes for your favourite performers. We sold SO many โ amazing! ๐ป
๐ Our 3 most-voted performers each took home a 200k voucher, generously sponsored by our wonderful host venue Sky 9 Rooftop Bar ๐
๐พ And the surprise closing act of the night? Poppi Pup took the stage for the final performance โ proving that hidden talent comes in all shapes, sizes, and species! ๐ถ๐ค
But honestly? Everyone who stepped up to that mic is a winner. For participating, for being brave, for showcasing hidden talents we never knew our community had. ๐
