This is what a K-5 administrator told us after her team completed NeuroPath PTR training.

She walked in frustrated. Her teachers were trying hard-genuinely, exhaustedly trying-but they weren't aligned. One teacher responded to dysregulation one way, another teacher a different way. No shared language. No unified plan. Kids felt the inconsistency. Teachers felt isolated.

Then we put the PTR framework in their hands. Prevent. Teach. Respond. Suddenly, every adult in the building was speaking the same language, following the same steps, showing up with the same confidence.
