If you're looking for the perfect Valentine's Day gift for your loved one, then take them to the annual Romantic Willimantic Chocolate Festival! Chocolate of all shapes and sizes will be available for sampling during the Main Street stroll from around 11 a.m. Businesses open their doors and invite visitors to sample all types of chocolate goodies, menu specials, listen to very cool music, enjoy some great love inspired decor, vote for your favorite Valentine inspired window contest, the stellar and sumptuous Cake Contest, and activities for the public! Join blues legend James Montgomery as he celebrates the live and work of his late younger brother, Jefferey Montgomery, with a screening of the documentary film "America You Kill Me' followed by a very special concert featuring:
