Moonlight Festival Williamsport Md. annual Halloween trick or treat This is no different but there will be a few surpises. We are sure to have a few coming your way.

Oct. 31st 6pm till 8:30 pm for the 4th year in a row the merchants have held trick or treat in the downtown area with games and prizes, hay wagon rides and more. Keep watching for updates and don't forget to like this page so you get updates as soon as they become available.
