The ICT Cardinals came up little short didn’t have the best Friday but they came back Saturday play Great we went 1-2 for the weekend but as a team we all learned from our mistakes and we moved on and that’s want they did proud of the boys.
Carter Got that Dawg Award: He play great behind the plate he was threatening the runners making them scared to steal bases he was a wall behind the plate great Job Catching. Also he had the most RBIs
Will & Gabe got I Hit Dinggers award both of these boys was swinging hard and the swings look Great and they both was hitting in the open gaps and hard hits too both Will & Gabe got the most hits keep it up boys Great Job
Lincoln got the heart and hustle award Lincoln didn’t have the best Friday but he came back the next day with a great attitude and Hustling to the ball and hustling around the bases with a great attitude hitting the ball that’s the hustle and heart and great attitude we need every week keep it up.
Evan got the MVP award he step up in so many ways this weekend and played great defense and was hitting good and most importantly he step up to the mound and Pitch great this kid was flinging that ball in there and he look great and also came in and closed the game out for us.
But over all I’m very proud of all the boys they all fought hard and being short handed and very Hot out side but they fought threw it as a team I’m very proud of every boy great job to all the boys.

11u ICT Cardinals WIN 6 VS 3 12u WildCats Tagacaster.
The Cardinals Defense got the GOT THAT DAWG & HEART & HUSTLE Award the Cardinals Defense played great tonight our Defense came up BIG to the outfield to infield to Catcher even pitcher Defense was great tonight.
Evan got the I Hit Dingers Award he had 2 solid hits 1 almost went over the fence great Hit Evan keep it up Keep hitting Dingers.
Kellen got the MVP award he came in the 2nd inning and just shut down things he went in there and just threw strikes and close the game out and Kellen didn’t allow no hits in 2 innings and also he made a great snag that ball was hit hard but Kellen Snag it great catch and great pitching. Keep it up Kellen
Next up West Kansas State Championship starts this Friday. Let’s Go Cardinals.

Carter got the MVP award WIN against the Aeros he pitch all 4 innings and he was on Fire he had 1 bad inning and then after that he only allowed 2 runs in the last 2 innings he was flinging that ball in there. I told him just throw strikes you have a Defense behind you and Finish the game and he told me I I got you we got this I was like ok let’s go and the Defense step up and play Great. Great Job Defense and Great Job Carter keep it up. Carter also had a solid hit where he got a Double.

Ben got the Practice award from last Wednesday Ben hustled to every ball caught and stop a lot of balls and he also step into a new position and tried it out and he did good Ben was hesitant to try it out but he step up and try it out and did good. Good job Ben

Sunday practice the whole team got the Practice award it was super hot out side and he they all work there butts off and they all look great the heat wasn’t stopping them to get better proud of the boys working there butts off to they did hitting,fielding,live defense and ect. Great work boys keep it up.

Get to know your Cardinals 3B/SS/C/P Carter hes been great for the team he loves playing Defense he will put his body on the line to help his team win he plays aggressive and if he has to drive and get his face dirty he will do it but he also has a great swing and he’s a great teammate to his others teammates. keep it Carter.

Late post but Carter and Gabe got the Practice award from Thursday Practice. Carter was working hard at practice making good stops diving for the ball laying out for the ball and good throws all practice and Hustling even got his face in the dirt where he’s teeth didn’t look white talk about giving your all at Practice Gabe also had a great practice stopping the ball and being a wall on 1st base he was catching everything and he was sprinting in all drills making great snags and he also help me pick up the field and wheeled my wagon to my car and I didn’t even ask him too he said coach I got you he’s a great kid and loves helping his teammates and coaches great job Gabe and Carter keep it up.

This kid Emilio he a great kid with a great swing Tuesday night game he hit a over the fence home run it was a GREAT HIT! Keep going bud!
