A huge thank you to our volunteer, Rick Montanari, for beautifully restoring our 1800s picnic carriage. When we found it a few years ago, it had been sitting in a barn in Howard, CO, for decades.
After clearing away a century of dirt and old paint, Rick brought it back to its original glory. The transformation is truly amazing-come by the ranch to see it for yourself!

We are so proud to introduce you to our consignor of the week Mr. Greg Smith, creator, photographer, and visual storyteller. Greg has been a consistent supporter of Beckwith Ranch. His work is proudly displayed in our gift shop.

At his core, Greg is a photojournalist and editor, who:
Photographs people doing what they do, from intimate interactions to huge events, action, even posed portraits. He's particularly adept at finding visual order in chaotic, dynamic situations.
Focuses on storytelling moments and sequences.
Strives for precise visual and verbal language and technique, from attention to style and grammar to understanding the latest technologies.

Hello from the Historic Beckwith Ranch Guest House Gift Shop. Today we are pleased to introduce you to our newest artist, Diane Hampton from Hampton Studios.
Diane specializes in transforming ordinary objects—particularly glass bottles—into elaborate, multi-media works of art. Each bottle is thoughtfully hand-painted and embellished with an eclectic mix of materials, including jewels, fabrics, beads, decorative elements, and uniquely crafted toppers. No two pieces are exactly alike, making each creation a truly individual work of art.
Her inspiration comes from the world around her: the beauty of nature, the magic of the holidays, and the people and memories closest to her heart. Diane's pieces often tell a story through color, texture, imagery, and intricate detail, turning everyday objects into decorative keepsakes meant to be admired and treasured.

Many residents of the Wet Mountain Valley will be familiar with both of our featured consignors this week.

First up is:
Local Artist, Jeanene V. Parker is an American oil painter known for her vibrant landscapes, seascapes, and plein air works, often capturing the beauty of Colorado’s high country and other natural settings. Her art reflects a deep connection to the outdoors, with many pieces inspired by personal travels and seasonal changes in the landscapes.
We are so fortunate to have a lovely collection of her artwork in our little shop.

Next is:
The Westcliffe Honey Company. This is locally produced 100% pure raw honey. Small batch, Never Heated, Never Filtered, from hive to jar. We also carry a small selection of their Creamy Honey., featuring Blueberry and Elderberry.
