Sometimes simple is better.
Sometimes people can try to over complicate a training session to prove intelligence or justify a price for training
Sometimes all you need to hear is go run easy for 5 miles versus “5 miles, keep HR between 142 and 151, CP 60%, metronome in ear for cadence of 178, etc etc.
If you’re training isn’t simple and easy to follow, you’ll end up burnt out and not following anything at all.
🖐️ Todays challenge, leave the watch at home and just go run. Leave the HR and power meter OFF and just ride. Swim without the watch.
Train to simply move the body. Sometimes that’s all ya need. 😊
