Important Update: Jay B Tape: Re Load– Atlanta Show Cancellation

We are providing an update regarding the Tape: Re Load Atlanta show that was canceled due to an unexpected lightning strike that occurred during the opening set. The strike caused significant damage to the venue’s sound system. Despite over an hour of troubleshooting by the venue and production teams, the system could not be restored in time.

After careful evaluation, venue staff and all parties involved concluded that repairs would take too long to safely proceed with the concert. With the safety and experience of attendees as our top priority, the difficult decision was made to cancel the remainder of the performance.

We understand how meaningful this night was for fans and artist management felt the same. In an effort to still share a special moment with you, they chose to move forward with the Q&A and hi-bye activities as planned for everyone in attendance.

All concert tickets will be automatically refunded by AXS, as the full performance could not take place and they are processing the request. Please note that benefit packages will only receive partial refunds due to benefits still taking place. We sincerely apologize for the way the evening unfolded. This was an unforeseen act of nature, and we are truly grateful for your patience and understanding.

OFFICIAL STATEMENT – TOUR UPDATE

The Los Angeles (June 2nd) and Atlanta (June 4th) shows of JAY B [TAPE: RELOAD] IN THE US have been postponed. We sincerely apologize to all fans who purchased tickets and have been patiently waiting.

We are currently working with the artist’s team to finalize the new dates and will share an update as soon as everything is confirmed.

These changes are due to visa approval process for the Korea-based tour staff not including Jay B. We want to reassure fans that Konnect’d and Mauve Company are working closely together to resolve this situation and ensure the rest of the tour proceeds without disruption.

If there are any updates regarding the remaining stops, we will update you all accordingly.

Further information on ticket transfers, refunds, or other options will also be provided once the new dates have been confirmed.

We are grateful for your patience as we work through these updates.

We sincerely apologize to everyone affected by this change and truly appreciate your understanding, flexibility, and continued support. Our team remains fully committed to delivering the unforgettable experience you deserve.
