Happy National Rendering Day everyone! The North American Renderers Associations (NARA), the industry association representing G.A. Wintzer & Son Co. and other renderers throughout the country have been able to secure a national day for our industry. The date of April 21st was specifically chosen to fall on the day before Earth Day (April 22) to represent the sustainable nature of the rendering industry and its contributions to food waste reduction and environmental protection.
