Volunteer Opportunities Available | Walnut Springs Rally 2026

The Walnut Springs Rally is seeking dedicated volunteers to help support our event taking place October 22–24, 2026, in Walnut Springs, TX.

This event is being built with a focus on community engagement, motorcycle industry heritage, workforce development, and creating meaningful experiences for riders, enthusiasts, businesses, and local residents. Volunteers will play a critical role in helping us deliver a safe, organized, and memorable event.

We are currently recruiting volunteers for a variety of roles, including:
• Event Operations & Logistics
• Registration & Guest Services
• Vendor & Exhibitor Support
• Hospitality & VIP Services
• Parking & Traffic Assistance
• Community Relations
• Setup & Teardown Crews
• Nonprofit and Special Event Activations

We’re excited to officially welcome Lindsay to the Walnut Springs Rally leadership team as our Community Relations Chair. 🤘

A proud Texas A&M graduate and current MBA candidate at the University of North Texas, Lindsay brings extensive experience in event operations, attendee engagement, vendor coordination, and large scale conference management through her work with Informa Markets and the International Association of Exhibitions and Events.

Her passion for community, organization, leadership, and creating meaningful experiences makes her an incredible addition to the Walnut Springs Rally team as we continue building something special for riders, vendors, businesses, and the motorcycle industry.

Cameo is woman of strength, faith, and heart, she embodies what community is all about. Saved by grace and driven by purpose, she brings an entrepreneurial spirit, a passion for helping others, and a commitment to growth, leadership, and excellence in everything she does.

Alongside her husband, a longtime builder and mechanic in the motorcycle industry, their love for motorcycles, riding, and biker culture runs deep. Their passion for this industry and community is exactly the kind of energy helping shape the Walnut Springs Rally.

We are honored to have her as part of our leadership team as we continue building something special for riders, builders, vendors, and the entire motorcycle community.

As planning continues for October 22–24, 2026, we are actively looking for volunteers to help fill many additional roles across the rally including vendor support, hospitality, registration, logistics, community outreach, operations, and more.
