Walla Walla High School students have officially chartered the new Exchange Excel Club, a club focused on community service, leadership training and professional networking.

The Walla Walla Exchange Club always has informative presentations while eating a delicious lunch on Mondays. This week is no different as will we will hear a presentation on voter registration and election integrity with Nancy Najera, Elections/Voter Registration Coordinator for the Walla Walla County Elections Department within the Auditor's Office.

If you were convicted of a felony in Washington, another state, or in federal court, your right to vote will be restored immediately upon release from prison. You must register again to receive a ballot.

We heard from Dr Ben Gauyan the superintendent of Walla Walla Public Schools and learned a lot. Each Monday we enjoy a delicious lunch, friendly fellowship, networking and the informative presentation. Come join us!

Every week at our meetings, a little bowl does some big things. At each meeting, members drop in spare change, a few dollars, or whatever they'd like to give to our table bowls. It may not seem like much on its own, but when a whole room chips in week after week, it adds up fast.

This month, every dollar collected in our Table Bowls is going to the Christian Aid Center to help provide coats for local kids as the weather turns cold. 💙

Hello everyone!

A group of Exchangites participated in Give A Kid A Flag To Wave Sunday at Walla Walla Fair and Frontier Days!

In total, we handed out 600 flags to kids (and kids at heart) to fair and rodeo go-ers! A huge thanks to the volunteers as well as Jim Peterson, for inviting us up to his platform box to watch the rodeo. A good time was had by all!

Getting to know each other is so much fun! We had a great time visiting and connecting. Come and join our next social gathering. In the meantime, come visit Exchange Club on Monday for lunch at the Marcus Whitman hotel.

We were honored to have Scott Peters, the CEO of Columbia REA, speak to us about the potential impacts of a large server farm load in the Wallula Gap business park. The REA is exploring providing the energy and electrical distribution to the load. Their number one goal is to protect members and their rates. Scott also talked about potential benefits to the cooperative and the community. Very interesting and informative!
