The Lucky 13 was originally created more than 30 years ago by Mr. About 15 years ago Billy gave Cyrina Lang, a long time friend and avid supporter and organizer of local fishing tournaments, his blessing to use the Lucky 13 name and concept. From there the Billy Parker Lucky 13 fishing tournament sponsored by the Wagoner Area Chamber of Commerce was born.

Today we honor and remember Billy Parker, the man whose vision and passion gave Wagoner one of its most beloved traditions—the Lucky 13 Fishing Tournament.

Billy didn’t just start a tournament; he built a legacy rooted in community, friendship, and a shared love for the water. What began as an idea became an annual event that brought families, anglers, and neighbors together year after year, creating memories that will last a lifetime. His dedication, generosity, and commitment to Wagoner were evident in everything he did.

Billy’s impact will continue to ripple through this community every time a line is cast, a story is shared, and the Lucky 13 lives on. His legacy is one of joy, togetherness, and tradition—and it will never be forgotten.

Our thoughts and prayers are with his family, friends, and all who were fortunate enough to know him. Rest easy, Billy. Thank you for giving Wagoner something truly special. 🎣💙

Our Lucky 13th place was boat #13! How crazy is that!? And they won the lucky $1300. Travis Burns/Steven Bibb. Total weight was 12.89

Hey anglers! Here are the key details for this weekend’s tournament:

✅ Start Time: 6:30 AM for flight 1 (boats 1-40) and 7:00 AM for flight 2 (boats 41+)
✅ Weigh-In Times: 2:00 PM for flight 1 & 2:30 PM for flight 2. Weigh in at Taylor's Ferry North. Must be checked in by flight time!
✅ Limit: 5 fish
✅ Morning Registration: Walmart parking lot, 5:30–6:30 AM
