After the runners crossed the finish line, the energy didn’t fade—it shifted. The awards ceremony was full of hugs, high-fives, and genuine joy. Watching people go from exhaustion to pure pride as their names were called? That’s magic.

I captured moments of runners holding their medals like gold, beaming with teammates, families, and even total strangers who became friends out on the course. Podium shots, group cheers, and a few happy tears—it all made for some unforgettable frames.

Every runner earned something extra on this day: a moment of pride, a memory to hold, and a story worth telling.

Huge congrats to all of the runners, and honestly, to everyone who showed up and gave it their all and volunteered.

Part 3 of 3: Through the Lens – The Finish Line 🏁

There’s something powerful about the finish line of a race. As a photographer, I get to freeze those final moments—grit, relief, pride, sometimes even tears. And this race? It delivered all of it.

I watched runners dig deep, push through the pain, and find something extra in that final stretch. You could see the stories written on their faces—months of training, early mornings, setbacks, comebacks, and quiet victories. One click of the shutter, and a whole journey gets captured.

Snapped some of my favorite shots just as they crossed—arms raised, smiles wide, some collapsing into hugs. The finish line isn’t just the end; it’s the celebration. And being able to witness and capture that is a privilege every single time.

To everyone who ran: you crushed it.
