🍀While some folks might consider the number 13 to be unlucky, we think having Friday the 13th and St. Patrick's Day so close together is the perfect time to sign up for this year's Mountain Fork Half Marathon!
🍀After all, the number 13 is in our name and we think you'd be lucky to experience all the beautiful early fall views you get when running this race.
Searching for a challenging (but fun!) half marathon to kick off your fall running adventures? Check out the Mountain Fork Half in Explore Norton VA happening Sunday, Sept. 20!
The 13.6-mile race starts and finishes at the High K**b Observation Tower. Enjoy fall scenery along the course, which travels mostly forest service roads on the George Washington and Jefferson National Forest.
Did you know? All proceeds from the Mountain Fork Half benefit ongoing trail development and maintenance on Explore Norton VA's Flag Rock Area Trails System (https://explorenortonva.com/flag-rock-area-trails/).
